Please note: Unless a return is the result of an error that we have caused, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Hulluh!Designs ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Hulluh!Designs ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Hulluh Designs is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Sales Tax

Hulluh!Designs charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Our Return & Exchange Policies:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 7 business days to return an item from the date you received it and exchange it for another color/style. If the item doesn’t properly fit, please contact us at: info@hulluhdesigns.com.

All Made-To-Measure products are non-refundable and are not able to be returned.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

When returning your item, please use the Return Slip at the bottom of your packing slip and let us know the reason for the return.

Be sure to save your tracking number when shipping your return to us because we cannot issue a refund on returns that are lost by the post office or any other means of shipment, or are not received by us for any reason.
